At Musse, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packed before it leaves our studio.
Delivery Time
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp with your order details. Tracking information will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or for made-to-order pieces, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed.
In a few cases, delivery may take longer based on the accessibility of your location or unforeseen delays from our logistics partners.

Shipping Within India
We currently offer two shipping options:
Standard Delivery
- ₹149 for orders below ₹1,499
- Complimentary shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping
- ₹299
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Express delivery timelines begin after your order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates may vary based on courier serviceability
International Shipping
We currently do not offer direct international checkout on our website.

Shipping charges for international orders vary depending on the destination, product size, and weight. We'll share a shipping quote before confirming your order.
Please note that furniture items are not currently eligible for international shipping.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional clearance charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid directly by the customer. These charges vary depending on the destination country and local import regulations. If applicable, our shipping partner or local customs authority will contact you regarding any duties or taxes due before delivery.
Packaging & Support
Each piece is packaged with great care, especially our handcrafted and delicate products.
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photographs so we can assist you promptly.
